IMVF can not be held responsible for tapes that are accidentally damaged, lost or destroyed.

INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our festival and related services, your connection to related services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any intellectual property rights of a third party.

I am the copyright holder of the video and am authorized to make such an agreement.

READ THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT BELOW, BEFORE SENDING YOUR COMPLETED CONTRACT AGREEMENT and VIDEO: I hereby grant the IMVF the standard non-exclusive rights that would be granted to a music video broadcaster, as well as the right to make videos available on the IMVF's websites, to make dub masters available to broadcasters for promotional purposes and to make VHS/DVD compilation dubs for public purchase. The IMVF agrees to pay accepted applicants a standard royalty rate covering synchronization ad mechanical duplication of $0.16 per title per unit for VHS and dvd sales only. The IMVF does not guarantee in any way that the submitted video will be selected for the festival or made available on a VHS/DVD compilation. This decision is at the discretion of the IMVF. The IMVF will archive selected videos on a master format. PLEASE NOTE: All VHS and DVD submissions become property of IMVF and will not be returned.
